Where do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased onsite at the Box Office during all show days. Look for the kiosks to the right of the show entrance.
Tickets can also be purchased online through Ticketmaster (available late fall) - please note that Ticketmaster will charge additional fees for using their service.

How do I find a particular exhibitor at the show?
Click on the "EXHIBITOR LIST-EXHIBITORS" tab on the top of the home page for a full listing. There is also a list of exhibitors in the show guide available at the entrance to the show.

Is reserved seating available to see the celebrities at the show?
No, seating is available on a first-come basis. All celebrity sessions are included in the price of your admission ticket.
How long should I plan to stay at the show?
The show can take between two to four hours, depending on your itinerary, goals and objectives. We recommend that you plan to spend a bit more time visiting with exhibitors, as they are quite varied and can serve as a valuable resource for your home improvement questions.
What is show security like?
The Tacoma Dome is committed to creating a safe experience for all guests. Security screening is in place for all events, including the Tacoma Home + Garden Show. You will be required to go through metal detectors to enter the show.
Knives (including pocketknives) or weapons of any kind are not allowed.
You will not be able to bring in any sharp implement – please do not bring any sharp products you may have purchased at a previous show, such as kitchen cutlery or garden tools.
Reusable metal water bottles are also not allowed.

Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show?
We will be pleased to hear that you found value in the show and want to return a second day. If this is the case, please see us in the Show Office or Guest Services at the event. We will be happy to accommodate you.
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, there are Tacoma Dome concession stands on-site offering full meal service including hot and cold meals and snacks.
Please note that outside (restaurant) food & beverages are not allowed per the Tacoma Dome. Food and snacks prepared at home, as well as baby formula, baby bottles, baby food, medication, or other special health-related needs, are permitted.
Are there ATMS on site?
Yes, there are machines on the show floor in the NW corner, both an ATM and cash-to-card kiosk (reverse ATMS).
Please note that the Tacoma Dome Box Office and Concession Stands are cashless; however, it is up to the individual exhibitors on whether they take cash or not.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the facility is fully wheelchair accessible.
Based on availability, complimentary wheelchairs are available at entry points to the building. Contact the nearest Guest Services Representative to request a wheelchair. Guests will be required to leave either a valid, government issued photo ID or a major credit card as a deposit.
Can I bring my pet to the show?
The Tacoma Dome welcomes trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). For the safety and comfort of all guests, service animals must be on a leash or harness at all times, unless otherwise necessary. Exceptions are animals part of a paid exhibitor's display with prior approval.
